About the Native American Achievement Center

麻豆官网首页入口免费 has established two outreach centers to reach and engage Native American students. The first is the Native American Achievement Center (NAAC) on the university campus, and the second is an extension of the NAAC, on the City College campus. 

The Native American Achievement Center (NAAC) is now located in the College of Education, Room 158, on the MSU Billings campus. The space provides a welcoming and supportive environment for American Indian students, families, visitors, and community members.

The NAAC provides space for student support, academic assistance, meetings, cultural activities, and community engagement. The room includes computers and work areas for students, along with space for meetings, studying, and connecting with other students.

NAAC is an integral part of many major cultural activities on campus, including:

• Pre-Orientations for new incoming freshman and transfer students
• Smudging area
• Indigenous Peoples Day
• The Annual American Indian Heritage Day
• American Indian Heritage Month
• Annual MSUB Powwow
• Honoring our Graduates events
