With 1,087 rooms across separate blocks for men and women, students can choose between single, twin or triple sharing, with options for both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned spaces. Beyond comfortable living, the university prioritizes student well-being with daily housekeeping, routine maintenance checks, regular pest control, and robust 24/7 security supported by CCTV surveillance and comprehensive fire safety measures. Furthermore, students benefit from convenient proximity to essential campus facilities like the Oval Cafeteria (5 minutes), Admin Block (8 minutes), Library (7 minutes), Lecture Halls (10 minutes), and Sports Complex (7 minutes), all supplemented by a complimentary campus shuttle service.

Costs

Woxsen University is one of the most affordable options for MSUB students to study abroad. Students studying at Woxsen University pay MSUB tuition. For accommodation, a dual sharing room is provided FREE of cost, while a single occupancy room is available for only INR 30,000 (~$350) for five months, subject to availability; this lump-sum amount must be paid to the university's housing/admissions/accounts in advance. Students can eat at the Oval (Woxsen canteen) at NO COST, but meals at restaurants are chargeable. Laundry services are available for a fee of INR 8,407 (~$100) for six months, paid to a third party. Additionally, there is a nominal fee of INR 500 (~$6) for sports and gym access for six months.

Visas

Upon receiving the Admission Acceptance Letter (Visa Letter), candidates must promptly apply for a Student Visa at the nearest Indian Embassy or Indian High Commission. It is important to request a 'Multiple-Entry Student Visa,' as this type of visa allows international students to travel to their home country during vacations and holidays. The necessary document for the visa application, which will be provided by the Russell Belk Centre for International Relations, is the Admission Acceptance Letter. Candidates are strongly advised to apply for their visas well in advance, ideally 4-6 weeks before their intended travel date to India. Please note that a student visa obtained for Woxsen University cannot be used for any other educational institutions, online courses, or employment. Upon arrival at the university, students must have their visas verified by the university and submit a copy of the valid visa to the Russell Belk Centre for International Relations. 

Health Insurance

To ensure comprehensive and quality coverage, all study abroad students are required to enroll in insurance that is provided through the designated Montana University System insurance provider. Please consult with the Office of International Studies for further information. This insurance is affordable with a typical semester averaging about $250.
